Michelle Hollberg

Broker / Owner

Michelle's journey into property management began organically during the complexities of the real estate industry in 2008. With over a decade of experience as an investor herself, she recognized the opportunity to assist others in achieving their retirement dreams through rental property acquisition. As clients began entrusting her to manage their properties, Michelle's passion for property management grew.

In 2011, Michelle took the leap and founded HNN Atlanta. Over the years, her dedication and expertise have led to the growth of the company, which now oversees over 350 units. HNN Atlanta has expanded its reach beyond its initial scope, now serving most of the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Michelle has her sights set on future expansion into areas such as Athens and locations south of Atlanta.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Michelle finds solace and joy in her hobbies. She is an avid gardener, nurturing and cultivating beautiful landscapes. Additionally, she enjoys cycling, finding freedom and relaxation on the open road.

Michelle's entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with her commitment to client satisfaction and her passion for gardening and cycling, has shaped HNN Atlanta into a successful and expanding property management company.

Andrew Trevino

Operations Manager

Andrew brings a depth of experience to HNN Atlanta that's hard to come by. With over 20 years in real estate — including time as a Broker/Owner of his own real estate and property management companies — he joined the HNN Atlanta team in February 2026 and hit the ground running. Before real estate, Andrew built a strong operational foundation through years in retail and logistics management with major national retailers, giving him a uniquely well-rounded perspective on how to run things efficiently and at scale.

As Operations Manager, Andrew is driven by a dual sense of responsibility: ensuring owners see real, profitable returns on their investments while making sure tenants experience the kind of stability, comfort, and care that makes a house feel like home. That balance — between performance and people — is at the heart of how he works.

Currently based in Uruguay, Andrew is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, making him a valuable resource for HNN Atlanta's Spanish-speaking owners and residents alike.

When he's not finding smarter ways to manage properties, you'll find him on the beach, lost in a good book, or soaking up time with his family.

As a Leasing Specialist at HNN Atlanta, he handles applicant coordination, tenant relations, and property marketing — while also lending a hand with the day-to-day operational side of residential properties.

What sets Andrei apart is his natural ability to connect with people while keeping the details in order. He takes pride in being responsive, organized, and easy to work with — qualities that make a real difference when someone is navigating the process of finding a new home.

Outside the office, Andrei channels his problem-solving energy into full-stack web development. From front-end design to back-end logic, he's passionate about building digital experiences from the ground up — a hobby that speaks to his love of both creativity and precision.

Administrative Specialist

Judy Ann is the organizational backbone of HNN Atlanta's day-to-day operations. As Administrative Specialist, she handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly and clients feeling taken care of.

Originally from the Philippines and working remotely, Judy Ann has been a valued member of the HNN Atlanta team for over four years. Her path to property management is one of those great pivot stories: she earned her degree in Education, but when the pandemic reshaped the world, she discovered a real passion for virtual assistance and property management operations — and never looked back. Her background in education shines through in the way she communicates: clearly, patiently, and with genuine care for the people she supports.

Judy Ann's dedication, sharp attention to detail, and quiet reliability have made her an essential part of what makes HNN Atlanta work.

When she's off the clock, you'll find her deep in an anime series or laughing her way through a comedy on Netflix or HBO. And at home? She shares her space with 13 rescued cats — a fact that says everything about her heart. Judy Ann is a passionate advocate for pet rescue and adoption, and her fur family is proof of it.

Jolina Acaso

Executive Assistant & Owner Onboarding Specialist

Jolina is the person who makes sure new owners hit the ground running — and that nothing falls through the cracks along the way. As Executive Assistant and Owner Onboarding Specialist at HNN Atlanta, she guides property owners through every step of the onboarding and offboarding process, including the sales transitions that bring owners into the portfolio and, when the time comes, move them out successfully.

With over four years of experience in property management and two years in commercial real estate, Jolina brings a well-rounded operational skill set to everything she touches. From lease management and rental applications to compliance, listing maintenance, and deadline tracking — listing agreement expirations, due diligence periods, and everything in between — she's the detail-oriented professional who keeps the gears turning and the timeline on track.

Her approach is both strategic and personal. Jolina understands that for most owners, their properties represent real financial goals and real trust placed in the HNN Atlanta team.
She takes that seriously.

When she's not keeping all the moving pieces in motion, Jolina loves unwinding with food videos and spending quality time with her two daughters — her biggest motivation and her favorite reason to do great work.

Picture of Ray Brown

Ray Brown

Field Agent

Ray brings a refreshing energy to the HNN Atlanta team — and a background you might not expect. Originally from Compton, California, he spent years honing his craft in the culinary industry, where he developed a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for serving people well. It turns out those qualities translate beautifully to property management.

As a Field Agent, Ray is the boots-on-the-ground presence that keeps things moving. He works directly with properties — conducting inspections, coordinating access, and making sure everything on the ground is handled with care and professionalism.

What stands out about Ray is his people-first approach. No matter the task, he brings the same attentiveness and dedication that defined his culinary career — just in a different kind of kitchen.

When he's not out in the field, Ray recharges by spending time in nature, getting lost in a good book, writing poetry, and cooking. A man of many layers — and all the good ones.
